Moving from micro-liter discovery to production volumes is where most biopharma formulations fail. The eN-LNP platform is currently undergoing active, late-stage optimization of its pressure-driven flow system and integrated microfluidic mixer. This ongoing project is focused on validating precise, tunable control over lipid nanoparticle size and polydispersity across a broad operating range to ensure reliable synthesis scaling.
