eN-RAMPS Overview

eN-RAMPS LLC is a Chicago-area small business headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois. The company was founded in 2021 by Ms. Priyanka G. Singh, who serves as Chief Executive Officer. eN-RAMPS is a women-owned business focused on developing innovative R&D platforms for chemical, pharmaceutical, and biomanufacturing applications. The company name stands for Engineered, Rapid Manufacturing Process Systems, reflecting its mission to bridge advanced engineering research with practical, commercially deployable systems for pharmaceutical and chemical development.

eN-RAMPS grew out of the University of Illinois Chicago entrepreneurial ecosystem and is now a fully functional standalone company. The company specializes in high-throughput microfluidic platforms, automated experimental systems, nanoparticle formulation technologies, and process-development tools for pharmaceutical R&D. eN-RAMPS develops integrated hardware, consumables, and workflow solutions that enable rapid materials discovery, formulation screening, crystallization development, and automated process optimization.

eN-RAMPS has a strong history of collaboration with the Enabling Technologies Consortium and is proud to be an ETC spinout company. The company’s first major ETC-associated project, eN-XTAL, is near completion in collaboration with AbbVie, Takeda, Bristol Myers Squibb, Biogen, and Zoetis. The eN-XTAL platform is designed to support high-throughput crystallization and solid-form/process-development workflows. The company’s second major project, eN-LNP, is currently midway through development in collaboration with Genentech, AstraZeneca, Eli Lilly, and AbbVie. The eN-LNP platform focuses on high-throughput lipid nanoparticle formulation and manufacturing using engineered microfluidic mixing approaches.
