Accurately mapping complex phase boundaries, specifically predicting and mitigating phenomena like oiling-out during crystallization, requires robust, automated data generation. The eN-XTAL platform is currently in the late stages of operational validation, successfully demonstrating the ability to measure both solid-liquid and liquid-liquid equilibrium. We are actively utilizing the integrated Raman spectroscopy and optical sensing modules to automate induction time analysis and polymorph identification before full commercial rollout.
